THE B2X JUKEBOX ADD FOR JUNE...From our "Lone Wolf " CD......First recorded by Big Joe Williams in 1935 , It's been covered by everyone from Muddy Watters , Them , AC-DC , Aerosmith , The Stones , The Animals , Big Bill Broonzy , The Doors , John Lennon , and even Ted Nugent took a run at it !
We took our digital recording , put some bar-b-que sauce on it , ran it through a dusty vintage analog recorder , dropped the pitch , then re-recorded back to digital . Take a listen to our spin on " Baby Please Don't Go "
Producer and keyboardist on the track , Craig Patterson now reminds me ... during the recording , we used a 60's Leslie rotating speaker [ without its' cab ] for the Hammond organ . The Leslie had been sitting in storage for years , we fired it up in the studio and to our horror , bees had built a hive in the cones of the rotating speaker, and as it spun , it fired out bees like a catapult !! It was then named and forever known as " The Bee Launcher "

Caught Texas guitar legend Bugs Henderson in Lyons , a foot of snow and he still burned the place down ! Really great talking with the band , remembering the infamous Texas nightclub chain "The Cellar " ! I was lucky enough to play the one in Dallas and got to listen to him night after night ! [ I was 17! ] He was so great in the 60's, and he's still great !
